We stand behind the quality of our hunts. If you do not harvest a buck during your hunt, your deposit may be applied toward a future hunt date. Because lodging, meals, guide services, transportation, and staffing costs are incurred during your stay, a fee of $300 per day will be charged to cover those expenses. The remaining balance of your deposit will be credited toward your next hunt. Our goal is to provide every hunter with a quality hunting experience and the opportunity to return if a buck is not harvested.

Every reasonable effort will be made to recover any wounded animal. Our guides will carefully evaluate the shot, track the animal, and utilize all available resources to ensure the highest likelihood of recovery. Any animal that has been struck and shows evidence of a hit, including visible blood, will be considered harvested and will be charged accordingly, regardless of whether the animal is recovered. This policy is necessary to ensure ethical game management and to account for animals that may later succumb to their injuries but cannot be located. Any wounded animal, including any animal for which blood is found, is considered harvested and is not eligible for the No Kill, No Pay Guarantee.

Hunt dates are not guaranteed until the initial deposit has been received.
